As your personal Life Coach, I help you gain a clearer perspective on areas of your life you are not satisfied with; so that you may refocus and create the changes you truly want. This can be areas of your life you wish to improve or which have been unbalanced for some time – relationships, family, work, confidence, communication, health, career, finances, personal growth – hobbies, starting a new course, fun and recreation.

With an ever increasing pace in the world, escalating pressures in your role as a mum with responsibilities at home and at work, you may feel that life is passing you by too quickly and you are not treating yourself with the respect that you deserve. You spend most of your time catering for the needs of loved ones and maybe attend to your own needs if and when you find time. Feeling a sense of being busy and stuck makes it difficult to be motivated and stops you from achieving your personal goals. You can lose track of what makes you truly happy and who you really are. You forget how important your own health, fitness and well being is.

Through coaching sessions we will set and focus on your happiness, health, fitness and life goals and put a plan into action to gain the desired results. You will gain the ability to recognize the importance of your happiness, health and well being in order to live a fulfilled life. You will learn how to overcome obstacles and roadblocks and power forward to the success that you deserve.
Coaching is NOT a medical process, nor is it a therapy. It is a wonderful journey that takes you from where you are now and encourages you to identify and work towards where you would like to be.

What is NLP?
One of the methods I use in my coaching sessions is NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). It was originally created in 1975 by mathematician Richard Bandler and linguist John Grinder, through a process called modeling and is known as the science of human communication.
NLP explores the correlation between our conscious and unconscious brain. It determines how we think (neuro), our verbal and non verbal communication (linguistic) and how that produces our patterns of behaviour (programming). NLP uses specific tools to assist in creating fast and effective change and helps you gain an understanding of yourself and others, whilst using the right language to achieve your goals.
In simpler terms, this is about building your emotional intelligence and realigning your consciousness so you can see yourself and the world in different ways. Because all learning and long-term change takes place at the unconscious level, NLP techniques work with both the conscious and the unconscious. By learning about yourself using the skills I’ll teach you through NLP, you will develop enhanced understanding of your communication and how this affects the way you feel and what you choose to do or not do. Including this level of skill in your day to day dealings, enables you to think and act more effectively as you learn to identify the areas of your life where you are not getting the successes you want. I will teach you skills which you can easily use to overcome the challenges that life sometimes dishes out.
Eg—-Conflicting Belief System (Parts Integration) Leanne sometimes felt like she had to eat healthier foods as she wanted to be her ideal weight and at other times wanted to eat junk food and thought she was happy being overweight. By allowing each of these conflicting beliefs to “speak to each other”, each part gains an understanding of the role each played and Leanne was able to merge these beliefs to form a new positive belief.
