At Feeling Fabulous Forever, we are continually striving to create the best lifestyle coaching service available. We have worked with clients from all over the world with powerful results. Some of the things we always strive to provide for you are:

suit your needs and wants. We always focus on getting
you results as quickly and effectively as possible.
We coach you on how to get the most from yourself,
and provide you the leverage to gain results.

| Comfortable environment –Whether you choose to be
coached in person or on the telephone you will
always get the best results from being in a quiet,
comfortable environment. Telephone coaching offers
you convenience and confidentiality as you can be
coached from anywhere in the world. If you choose to
be coached in person, your sessions are held in a
quiet, casual environment, such as a cafe or lounge
area, where both you and your coach feel comfortable
and relaxed.

| Education and Resources- We aim to bring you the latest
coaching techniques available to allow you to get fast
changing results.We always focus your session around
the specific area you request work on. Our personal
development tools, strategies and solutions will ensure
that you get amazing results that will propel you
forward. Our coaches will also encourage you to
continue working on your own self development by
recommending seminars, books and programs.

| Fun & Laughter – As life can be a little too serious
these days we always make the time we spend with you a
fun experience. At Feeling Fabulous Forever we believe
a coach is not there to punish or coerce you, but rather
to encourage you, to help you see clearly, to find the
answers within and create the action plans to get you
moving forward.

| You do the talking - We will let you 'talk it out' and
release your ideas, worries, fears and frustrations. We
are not there to 'talk at' you or try to overwhelm you.
It's important to us that you feel refreshed and ready
to face the world after each session. |
Telephone Coaching

Fees are payable by credit card, electronic bank transfer or through Pay Pal and are made in advance of each session. An invoice and receipt will be issued for every payment made.

Be on time for all coaching calls. If client calls in late for a coaching session, the time missed will be forfeited. There will be no exceptions.

Re-scheduling: In the event you wish to re-schedule a coaching session, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. If you give less than 24 hours notice, the session will count as a completed session and will be forfeited.

No-show: If you are a no-show (do not keep appointment without any notification as to cancellation), that appointment will count as a completed session and will be forfeited. There will be no exceptions.

Client will call in for all coaching calls @ 03 9723 9357.

Access between calls: A quick one or two line email is ok to send to me. I may or may not answer the email depending on the circumstance. If there is a critical situation you are working on and would like my feedback/input, we can schedule an emergency call.
In Person Coaching

Location A suitable location to hold the coaching session will be determined by the client and the coach.

As your satisfaction is very important to us, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the services Feeling Fabulous Forever Lifestyle Coaching provides or with your results in the first 30 days of coaching, we will refund 100% of your fees.
